Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated real estate broker to join our team to lead our buyers to next-level living with outstanding service. The role of the team buyer broker is to cultivate a strong relationship with team buyers, prospects and leads. Your role is to nurture and convert prospects into active buyers and support them throughout the buying process. The ideal buyer broker will be passionate about making their client's dreams come true, while providing strong knowledge of the real estate industry and commitment to honesty, integrity and dedication to the buyer's needs.

Buyer Broker Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting new buyers, responding to emails, making calls and following up
  • All buyer lead follow-up
  • Negotiate buyer transactions, including unrepresented buyers placing offers on team listings
  • Preparing all real estate forms, documents, and related property materials for successful buyer visits and offer process
  • Developing and maintaining the client relationship from contract to conditions/notary
  • Take notes, update CRM and maintain up-to-date client database: input and edit information received about clients through streamlined database management
  • Manage all buyer visits
  • Attend all buyer transaction inspections for which they are the seller broker
  • Be present for team meetings
  • Follow Team Procedures to ensure the systematic end-to-end process to maintain excellence in the client transaction
  • Adhere to and manage deadlines throughout the end-to-end process of a real estate transaction (contract to close)
  • Coordinating visits
  • Visit all team listings (if possible during the photo shoot)
  • Attend open houses on team listings, and obtain visit feedback
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, notaries, lenders, etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance

Buyer Broker Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Broker
  • Current Real Estate license OACIQ
  • Valid driver's license
  • In-depth knowledge of the West Island and Greater Montreal
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken)
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive/suite, Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, Multiple Listing Service and other Real Estate related applications
